Pepperidge Farm’s Baked Cheddar Goldfish Crackers. I loved these as a kid and they’re still great bit they’ve become a bit of a guilty pleasure for me now. I need to watch my fat and sodium intake.

I’m no food expert but there’s 250mg of Sodium. That seems a bit much. Also Polyunsaturated fats is 1.5g and Monounsaturated fats is 2.5g, that also seems high. They’re so damn tasty though. Either way, I’m not going to stop eating these. However, I am sticking with my theme of moderation and limiting myself to a small handful a day.
